My passion for planning is constant, striving to deliver success for all seeking not only a glimmer of hope but positive gains, endeavouring to make sense of complex regulation and policy whilst navigating the minefield we call the English Planning System.
My Story
Director of my own company for the first time after 22 years in the business, I have since built my consultancy over the subsequent 6 years on personal contacts, word of mouth recommendations from clients/professionals and various contract work for a number of companies.
Projects have ranged through regional consultancy start-ups, new-build eco-dwellings, residential allocations in local plans, gypsy/traveller assessments, community group support, commercial development, agricultural/equine/tourist development, telecoms, renewables to enforcement, from planning appraisal to appeal.
