Regardless of your preference on the 'in/out' vote, the impact on confidence within housing and share markets is clearly evident. With the market for residences outside London showing none of the effects currently evident within the 'overheated' core, it is clear that a number of house builders are holding back on completing development land acquisitions pending a settling/re-balancing of the markets generally. We will have to wait and see what the effect will be of the choice that the membership of the current Party of Government make in terms of a new Party Leader and thus Prime Minister.
